Una poesia ermetica.<\/p>\n<p>Mi tornano in mente le emozioni scoppiettanti di Ferran Adri\u00e0.<br \/>\nIn questa pasto kaiseki siamo esattamente all&#8217;opposto.<\/p>\n<p>Un&#8217;austerit\u00e0 ed una compostezza imparagonabili, una perfetta esecuzione nel pi\u00f9 classico stile nipponico.<\/p>\n<p>Dal tempura di aragosta, prezzemolo e radice di fior di loto, alla zuppa di polpo, tofu ed abalone.<br \/>\nDal sashimi di orata e granchio, al Pomfret argentato con cavolo.<br \/>\nDalla mirabolante pentola di vongole, ricci e germogli di bamb\u00f9, alla mousse di formaggio con fagioli rossi e salsa al t\u00e8 verde.<\/p>\n<p>Il mio palato ringrazia commosso lo chef, Ishikawa san, per la magistrale interpretazione culinaria.<br \/>\nChapeau.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #732d03;\">English<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #732d03;\">Without doubt one of the best meals of my life.<br \/>\nAn extraordinary harmony of flavors.
