{"id":2292,"date":"2010-06-23T18:12:51","date_gmt":"2010-06-23T16:12:51","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.photogeisha.org\/?p=2292"},"modified":"2017-10-15T19:02:13","modified_gmt":"2017-10-15T17:02:13","slug":"mr-chow","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/umbertostefanelli.com\/photogeisha\/?p=2292","title":{"rendered":"Mr Chow"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Rientro a New York, dopo uno strano pomeriggio passato a Jersey City.<br \/>\nMi ritrovo a Christopher Street, ma l&#8217;atmosfera del Village non \u00e8 delle migliori.<br \/>\nCos\u00ec, camminando in direzione sud, finisco in quel di Tribeca.<\/p>\n<p>Si \u00e8 fatto tardi ed il mio stomaco reclama un pasto decente.<br \/>\nValuto diverse alternative e alla fine opto per un ristorante cinese moderno e di gran classe: Mr Chow.<\/p>\n<p>Mi viene il dubbio che, conciato cos\u00ec come sono, difficilmente mi faranno entrare, ma il bello di New York \u00e8 anche questo.<br \/>\nUn cameriere vestito e pettinato di tutto punto, mi scorta ad un tavolo sulla veranda.<br \/>\nLa serata \u00e8 calda ma ventilata. Si sta bene veramente.<\/p>\n<p>Il cibo \u00e8 superiore alle mie pi\u00f9 rosee aspettative. Capesante in salsa leggermente piccante, ravioli al vapore ripieni di sogliola ed un fantastico piatto di gamberoni con verdure, accompagnati da riso bianco.<br \/>\nLa pacifica notte di Tribeca, \u00e8 stata una compagna pi\u00f9 che perfetta.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #732d03;\">English<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #732d03;\">I came back to New York, after a strange afternoon in Jersey City.<br \/>\nI arrived in Christopher Street, but the atmosphere in the Village is not that good.<br \/>\nSo, walking along Greenwich Street, I ended up in Tribeca.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #732d03;\">It&#8217;s late and I&#8217;m starving.<br \/>\nI check a couple of places and I find this modern and classy Chinese restaurant: Mr Chow.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #732d03;\">I think that, dressed as I am, they won&#8217;t let me in, but New York is a surprising city.<br \/>\nA very elegant waiter, takes me to a table on the veranda.<br \/>\nThe evening is warm but breezy.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #732d03;\">The food is beyond my wildest expectations.
