Un mostro di sapori e di complessit\u00e0.<br \/>\nOro, incenso e mirra. Erbe aromatiche e miele. Un&#8217;impeccabile quadratura del cerchio. In una sola parola: VISIONARIA.<\/p>\n<p>Un pomeriggio &#8211; come direbbe il Doc &#8211; trasformato in &#8220;un viaggio da quattro bicchieri in poi, col passo incerto ma voluttuoso, di chi si domanda lisergicamente perch\u00e9 siamo su questa terra&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #732d03;\">English<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #732d03;\">A memorable aperitif on the veranda, with Mr. Gallo and Don Ettore.<br \/>\nTwo superb champagnes &#8211; Fid\u00e8le and Inflorescence &#8211; raw shrimps and a bottle of 1997 Gravner&#8217;s Ribolla, that was too good to be described by words.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #732d03;\">Two small vignerons, two delicious blanc de noir.<br \/>\nFine perlage and full-bodied, vinous nose with a large bouquet.<br \/>\nMineral,with elegant style and long refreshing finish the Inflorescence.<br \/>\nMore aggressive, with yeasty and biscuit-notes the Fid\u00e8le.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #732d03;\">The Josko Gravner&#8217;s bottle of Ribolla is a separate chapter. A monster of flavors and complexity.<br \/>\nGold, incense and myrrh. Aromatic herbs and honey.
