Ho faticato non poco a carburare in questi primi giorni del 2012.<\/p>\n

Ripenso alla memorabile bevuta di Capodanno. Un insieme di celebri bottiglie italiane e francesi.
\nAspettative soddisfatte e piccole\/grandi delusioni.
\nPoi, a specifica richiesta dell’amico Ettore, la mia cantina concede – cosa pi\u00f9 unica che rara – una Coul\u00e9e de Serrant del 2004.<\/p>\n

Sono passati due anni dall’ultima bottiglia bevuta – una di quelle vecchie.
\nLa memoria reclama un’altra chance per tirare a lucido i ricordi.<\/p>\n

Joly mi lascia ancora una volta senza parole.
\nL’uva prende vita nell’oro e nel miele. Il vino si fa ideologia.
\nPurezza gustativa, energia minerale, profumi e cori da Messa Solenne.<\/p>\n

Una dimensione calda e profonda come il pozzo dei miei desideri proibiti.
\nUn perfetto miracolo “tra cielo e terra”.<\/p>\n

I struggled more than a bit in these early days of 2012.<\/span><\/p>\n

I think back to the memorable New Year Eve wine tasting. A collection of famous French and Italian bottles.
\nGood confirmations and small\/big disappointments.
\nThen, at the specific request of my friend Ettore, my cellar releases a Coul\u00e9e de Serrant 2004.<\/span><\/p>\n

Two years have passed since the last bottle – one of the old ones.
\nMy mind asks for another chance to freshen the memories.<\/span><\/p>\n

Joly leaves me speechless once again.
\nGrapes come to life in gold and honey. Wine becomes ideology.
\nPurity of taste, mineral energy, perfume and chant of a Solemn Mass.<\/span><\/p>\n

A warm and deep dimension as the pit of my forbidden desires.
\nA perfect miracle “from sky to earth”.<\/span><\/p>\n
