Un pomeriggio di divagazioni su uva, vite e vino.
\nDelusioni, ripensamenti, conferme e sorprese.<\/p>\n

Le mie preferenze vanno a Mlecnik, Cotar, Maule, Paraschos, Zidarich, La Castellada, I Clivi, Bobinet, Corte Sant’Alda, Amerighi e La Visciola. In rigoroso ordine d’apparizione.<\/p>\n

Tre cose in particolare hanno lasciato il segno.
\nIl sorriso illuminato di Alda Faccio Camerani, gli occhi autentici di Beniamino Zidarich e le parole tra terroir e ricordi d’infanzia di Mario Zanusso.<\/p>\n

Il vino non ha bisogno di formule misteriose n\u00e9 di dogmi assoluti.
\nNessuna stregoneria, nessuna strada giusta o sbagliata.<\/p>\n

Il vino deve innanzi tutto regalare emozioni. Come la fotografia.
\nArmonia di pensiero e comunione di sensi. Ritmo, profondit\u00e0 e viaggi immaginari.<\/p>\n

Una favola, un carillon, un lettino di legno ed un pugno di terra e sassi nella mano.
\nQuesto vorrei trovare ogni volta che finisco in un bicchiere di vino.
\nNient’altro che questo.<\/p>\n

An afternoon of digression on grapes vines and wines.
\nDisappointments, afterthoughts, confirmations and surprises.<\/span><\/p>\n

My preference went to Mlecnik, Cotar, Maule, Paraschos, Zidarich, La Castellada, I Clivi, Bobinet, Corte Sant’Alda, Amerighi and La Visciola. In strict order of appearance.<\/span><\/p>\n

Three special things above all others.
\nThe clear smile of Alda Faccio Camerani, the authentic eyes of Beniamino Zidarich and the words between terroir and childhood memories of Mario Zanusso.<\/span><\/p>\n

Wine doesn’t need mysterious formulas or absolute dogmas.
\nNo witchcraft, nor a right or wrong way of doing it.<\/span><\/p>\n

Wine must arouse emotions. Like photography.
\nHarmony of thoughts and communion of senses. Rhythm, intensity and imaginary journeys.<\/span><\/p>\n

A fairytale, a musical box, a wood crib and a handful of earth and stones in my hand.
\nThis I’d like to find every time I fall in a glass of wine.
\nNothing more than that.<\/span><\/p>\n
