\nThe proximity to Kyoto, Nara and\u00a0 Kobe, makes Osaka the center of its own world, where everything is nearby.<\/span><\/p>\n

It\u2019s a \u201cblack rain\u201d, a proper decadence, a gastronomic explosion, a joy that you\u2019ll find only in the Kansai region and in the Kansai people.
