ENGLISH

After a long and tiresome journey I arrived in Xi’an.

The night is still a good companion. Quiet, safe and reliable.
I surrender to its purple color and fall asleep happy.

Somewhere over the rainbow

ENGLISH

The clock is ticking and the city is fast, but I keep up the pace and increase the rhythm in another of my nightly views.
The last – for now – from the cartoon city.

Let me thank my dear friend Nakajima san, for the umpteenth urban discovery.

The evening that you don’t expect, in a Tokyo that you don’t expect.
A truly priceless atmosphere.

In few hours I’ll fly to Xi’an and then ….. time for Tibet.

Velocità di pensiero e d’azione – Speed of thought and action

ENGLISH

I keep drawing for you in this charming game of reading the future.

I see and capture an image in such a short time, that the scene gains the status of a déjà vu, even before being transformed into pixels.

Speed, pure speed. Speed of thought and action.

Aoyama-itchōme temple of Heaven

Grazie mille Doc. Grazie davvero!
Ci vediamo a Samarcanda.

ENGLISH

Flowers, umbrellas, shooting stars, lost angels and desires dropped into clouds of Italian ice cream.

Fallen divinities, drunk love rituals, postponed trips with the cruel certainty of the never.

Muses, visions, mystical dedications, daydreams, wild celebrations among scents of Shangri-La.

Pain, joy, hard work, discoveries, tears, child eyes and adulthood pleasures, under a fine snow of petals and youth.

All this I saw in life and death of Aoyama-itchōme temple of Heaven.

It ‘s time to move on, for not being victim of my greatest interpretation.
My best student was also an excellent teacher.

Thanks a lot Doc. Thank you so much!
See you in Samarkand.

L`albero di Pasqua – The Easter tree

ENGLISH

I wanted an Easter tree.
I chose a bare branch.

I stole the pink of peach blossoms,
the yellow of chicks and eggs.

I dressed it up with ribbons and butterflies
and I put it in the blue of the night.
