There are times when imagination fits perfectly with reality.

The need for description that seems out of hand, is rather well represented in this image, fabulously balanced between impressionism and pop art.

A rare scene in this tidy and perfect city.

Knock-knock-knockin’ on Heaven’s Door

Christmas is coming and I allowed myself a revitalizing Rotemburo in the Gunma Prefecture, under a heavy snowfall.

I wanna thank my friend Masayuki for the advice and the photograph.

English

Lady Luck gives me a hand in this image I stole last night, outside a bar in Shinjuku.

Sometimes there’s no time between seeing and pushing the shutter. Not even for the nothingness of a thought.

L’Arte in semplicità.

English

A magic box. A symphony of flavors and fragrances that borders the impossible.

The simplicity is transformed into Art. The Art in simplicity.

English

The mirror reflects the expectation of a movement that change my thoughts into liquid.

It’s a game of patience, legs and stolen glances.

A corridor with no end and no escape.

Grazie Luca e ovviamente……..CHAPEAU!

I’d like to share with you an e-mail I received last October, from my dear friend Luca Sidro, few days after his arrival in Tokyo.

“And I find myself here, in the midst of all these people who come at you from everywhere, it’s a river that seems to sweep you away, but it’s just a feeling.

It’s a “polite” river in flood!

I’ve never seen anything like this, a steady stream of eyes, mouths, hands and legs, that like ants come out of every hole in the ground and I’d be looking at them for hours”.

In this clear and nostalgic Japanese evening, his words perfectly reflect my mood.
After so many years, after so many trips, I still have a child’s eye.

Thanks Luca and……..CHAPEAU!
