“Il problema primo” – “The first problem”

ENGLISH

As La Sierpe says in his Rap: “It’s all a game, it’s all rubber, it’s all fake. If I say the answer maybe I’ll win something”.

“The first problem” is that between false morality and unbearable shame, we not only fail to win, but cannot even participate.

Form prevails over substance, banality over poetry, routine over passion.

Don’t be fool!
A true, natural smile is much better than a nice pair of fake boobs.

Velluto, sangue, pioggia liberatoria, sale affumicato, mosto d’uva, vento a volontà. Luce, controluce e penombra.

ENGLISH

A thought out loud, so suddenly.

The light wings of a butterfly, the humidity of Southeast Asia, the blades of a ceiling fan, the notes of a piano.
White linen sheets, naked bodies, hands, exotic spices, orchids, cherry blossom trees, jasmine perfume.
Red silk drapes, poppies, lavender fields, sweet memories, dark eyes, melodies from distant lands.

Velvet, blood, liberating rain, smoked salt, grape juice must, wind at will. Light, backlight and shadows.
The pale skin I imagined under the transparency of an erotic pair of black stockings.

It’s incredible how much life you can put in a small single thought. It’s really incredible!
I hope this thought is not too loud for you.

Una trasparenza incerta – An uncertain transparency

A volte basta un’idea, in risposta a tante domande mai fatte.

ENGLISH

Sometimes an idea is enough, in response to the many questions never asked.

An uncertain transparency on a subtle and elegant beauty.

So this bewitched Saturday has finally taken its place.

ENGLISH

My French trip left a creative hangover heavier than expected.

Retro atmosphere, new experiments, games of words that release pure inspiration.

A missed appointment, son of an idea in progress on the road to a “streetcar named desire”.

ENGLISH

A carpet of beauty, hope and Spring, for the new born Anastasia. For Pika, Milena and her little brother Andrea.

An emotional storm that I perfectly understand and I return in my own way.

La vita non sempre concede un’altra occasione – Life may never give you another chance

In fondo cosa sarebbe l’uomo senza curiosità?

ENGLISH

Can I talk to you for a minute?

How many times have you been asked this simple question?
And how many times you’ve answered “NO”, with trivial and hypothetical excuses that made you loose a significant amount of opportunities?

It always seems a matter of time. A choice made at random.

I would suggest you to give way to curiosity. After all, what would be a man without curiosity?

We can spend two or more lives, within that minute.
So do not miss this opportunity, because life may never give you another chance.

In castigo dietro la lavagna – In punishment behind the blackboard

ENGLISH

Probably I’m not a reasonable guy.
From time to time someone tells me this, as if it were a fault and not a virtue.

But I think that the excess of rationality is an unnecessary brake on pure instinct.

I don’t want to be reasonable. I want to be free!
And if someone argues the contrary, he should immediately go in punishment behind the blackboard.

I colori pastello – Pastel colors

I colori pastello. Quanti ricordi, quante magie!

ENGLISH

The pastel colors. How many memories, how many spells!

They’re almost impossible to achieve with the new digital technologies, except in very rare cases and in small doses.

A delicate and “mellow” baby blue, lightly touched by the milk of a bright white.
